Service Area
If for any reason we cannot operate in your area or gain access to carry out an uplift you will be given a full refund.
Special Uplifts
Special uplifts must be of no more than 15 items and no item can weigh more than 40KG. If these terms are not met we may have to charge extra or be within our rights to refuse the uplift. In which case you will be given a 75% refund to cover fuel expenses and time spent.
